Leaf Kaleidoscope

It's always amazing to think that the rich maple color is there all summer, just hidden beneath the chlorophyll covering. Each leaf has a spectrum of color in it just like the tree itself exhibits a wide range.  It almost looks like it is lit from behind, doesn't it?
