Shibumi

This was one of my earliest works but one I remain quite happy with. It seems to have a very oriental feel to it with its minimalist arrangement. The Lamb's Ears are covered with a soft fuzz that makes for interesting patterns but quite an editing job. I had to zoom in to edit at about a 1/300th of an inch level for parts of this one.

This work took first place at the Franklin Art Association's 2008 exhibit and competition at the Premier Image Gallery.
